Trashi Gomang
Appearance
Located on the banks of the Mar Chu, downstream the village of A’u Nangwa, the Nyingma monastery of Tashi Gomang has several connections with the Düdjom Tersar. There, Düdjom Lingpa revealed elements connected to the Zabsang Khandro Nyingtik, his main sater (earth terma). Later, it became a principal place of activity of his miraculous son Apang Tertön (1895-1945), who also revealed termas there. Later, along with Tsima monastery, Tashi Gomang became a stronghold for Apang Tertön’s family descendants, which include Taré Lhamo and her three brothers. Like her father, Taré Lhamo revealed termas in Tashi Gomang.
