Saraha’i Nyingtik Zabmo
The ‘Profound Heart Essence of Saraha’ is the principal terma on the Chö practice of Tröma Nakmo revealed to Düdjom Lingpa through visionary transmissions from the Mahāsiddha Saraha. Belonging to the Chönyi Namkhai Longdzö cycle, its thirteen sections encompass the outer and inner preliminaries, transference of consciousness, the pointing-out instructions for the four samayas of Dzogchen Trekchö, and guidance on practice in fear-provoking environments including the four feasts. Its study and practice of crucial importance for Tröma practitioners.
Since the early 8th century, Tibetans and Himalayan people have treasured "Namtars" as written or spoken narratives that demonstrate the realization of the Buddhist path by exceptional practitioners. These namtars, or spiritual biographies, serve as inspirational guides on the path to enlightenment.
