Chungzé Shé Yéshé Daki Drilen
A short text in just a hundred and fifty-three verses, the Chungzé Shé Yeshe Daki Drilen (The replies to the queries of the wisdom dakini Ekadzati) is the third autobiography of Düdjom Lingpa, and the second (and shortest) of his two secret namtars.
The text was initiated when Ekadzati appeared in a vision to Düdjom Lingpa and sang to him profound words of introduction to her true nature. After this, Ekadzati encouraged him to do the same through a song, which he did.
Since the early 8th century, Tibetans and Himalayan people have treasured "Namtars" as written or spoken narratives that demonstrate the realization of the Buddhist path by exceptional practitioners. These namtars, or spiritual biographies, serve as inspirational guides on the path to enlightenment.
Today, Namtars Foundation aims to record, preserve, and freely offer the world a written and electronic treasury of the oral wisdom of Tibetan and Himalayan Buddhism.
